Monarchy was strong, Russia was an Empire, the Austria-Hungary union was strong and ruled by an emperor.
Women fought for civil rights, the suffragettes was the most violent example.
Titanic sunk in 1912 and shatterd the industrial belif that man could rule nature.
The war that would end all wars changed all. Europe was in flames and was followed by revolution forced nations to dissolve and nations to be born.
